the warm common area, comfy bed, and big room at Willhouse were perfect for a winter stay in Pucon. The well-equipped kitchen was a bonus, and the staff, although volunteers, were friendly and helpful. The location near the main avenue made it convenient for exploring the area. Definitely recommend!
wifi connection was impossible due to overcrowding.

For the value we paid, we got a great room with spacious bathrooms and well-ventilated rooms. The location was ideal, right across from a peaceful park yet still close to the main road. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with our limited Spanish.
Breakfast choices could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

This hotel was fantastic value for money. I loved that it was located very close to the central town, so I was able to easily walk to supermarkets and the main street. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the hotel facilities, such as the kitchen, were really useful. Additionally, the staff was extremely helpful and allowed me to leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We recently had a great Easter break at a hostel in a town surrounded by natural beauty. The staff was friendly and gave us great local tips to fully enjoy the destination. We also enjoyed the kitchen facilities and the barbecue option to prepare our own meals. The location was perfect, with only a short walk to the lake and the town center.
the noise levels from other guests made it difficult to sleep at times. Though it didn't ruin our overall experience, it was a bit of a letdown.

I had an amazing stay at a cozy hostel just a few blocks away from the main road. The owner, Willy, was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and gave me great tips for hiking. After a rainy day, the fireplace in the hostel warmed me up, creating a cozy atmosphere. I even got to try a special Chilean dish prepared on the parilla, thanks to Willy's invitation. The rooftop terrace offered stunning views of the surrounding volcanoes. Thanks to the whole crew at Willhouse for making my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hostel.

Our family had a wonderful experience staying at a cozy hostel situated in the heart of the town, close to main shopping areas, or additionally to supermarkets. Although we stayed in a room with thin walls, the comfy and warm beds, as well as the spacious and clean bathroom, made our stay enjoyable. the staff was extremely attentive and welcoming, and the lovely terrace was perfect for admiring the beautiful nearby mountains all while enjoying a warm cup of tea.
The room lacked storage making it difficult to store our luggage and belongings.

The hostel had a great atmosphere, perfect for spending Easter there. the kitchen area was spacious, which made it very social and enjoyable to have dinner with other guests. the location was amazing! It was really close to the lake and bus stops, which was very helpful.
The bathrooms tended to be quite busy - there were only four for everyone. the smoking areas seemed to be near where people were eating, which made it uncomfortable for those who didn't smoke.
